The application must contain the following:

  • Name of the owner of the data and means to respond to him/her.
  • Documents proving your identity or legal representation of the holder.
  • Clear description of the data for which you are requesting access, rectification, opposition or cancellation.
  • In case of a rectification request, please attach the documentation supporting your request.

Our Personal Data Protection Department will respond within a maximum period of 20 days, and if it is appropriate, it will be effective within 15 days following the communication of the response.
